Overview
Isleworth is the premiere community in the luxury town of
Windermere.
Isleworth is located 10 miles from downtown Orlando on the
Butler Chain of Lakes, near Bay Hill and the Dr. Phillips area. It has grown to
occupy its rightful place as one of the best country club communities in the
United States. The 800-acre neighborhood has seven miles of lake frontage,
protected by the State of Florida. A Mediterranean-style clubhouse and
Arnold Palmer-designed championship golf course allow the residents to "live the
good life" in a safe and secure environment. The entire Isleworth community
consists of less than 300 homes.
Large-scale sculptures by some of the art world's most
famous names have been appearing on the grounds of the golf course. In
all, 26 works by such luminaries as Max Ernst, Henry Moore and Joan Miro adorn
the grounds of the exclusive private club for the members' enjoyment.
This community has become famous, among other things, for
being a distinctive neighborhood in which many professional athletes live. Tiger
Woods, Shaquille O'Neal, Wesley Snipes and Ken Griffey, Jr, like to make their
homes here. Isleworth is the principal residence for CEOs, sports stars and many
of the world's entertainers; this community is considered "Hollywood East."
Home Selection
Single-Family Homes - prices start around $2 million and
go up in the tens of millions of dollars. Consistently stunning, all custom

have been built by some of the best builders in Central Florida. From its
